How long do I have to access my purchase?
You have one year from the date of your purchase to complete the final exam. Once you finish the final exam, you can access and review the course under your “Transcripts” from the My Account page. If you wish to retake an already completed final exam, you must repurchase the course.
I took a CE test and my certificate will not print. What should I do?
After taking the test and course evaluation, you can check your transcript for the course by clicking on "View Full Transcript" from the My Account page. If the course is there, click on the certificate icon to the right of the title to view your certificate and print it. If none of these options are working for you, you can contact our office at [email protected] and let them know what test you took so they can track down your test and send you a copy of your certificate.
Why can't I log on to the account given to me by my employer?
Employer sponsored CE from Relias is not available on ContinuingEducation.com. This is a separate service called CE Direct. The login page for CE Direct is CEDIRECT.ContinuingEducation.com.
Can I use your continuing education courses to renew my license?
Relias has continuing education (CE) accreditations, providerships or course approvals through numerous professional organizations. Many states accept our self-study continuing education courses for renewal of licenses.
How do I enter my license information?
You can enter your license information by going to the My Account page after logging in. From there, you can go to the License section on the page and click on "Manage" to input or update your license information. Note: This is required to print off a CE certificate.
I am not currently licensed but your system is asking for my professional license information. Can I take your tests?
Yes, you can take continuing education courses on our website regardless of the status of your licensure. If you are a licensed professional in another field, enter that information. If you have not yet received your license, you could enter “General Staff/Other.” Make sure to pick values from the drop down menus for the license type and license state as well.

After I have completed and pass a course will I be certified in this area?
When you complete a CE course, you get a certificate reflecting this. A 'certification' is different. It generally comes either after attending a seminar teaching hands-on skills or after fulfilling the requirements set out by a national organization that offers certification in certain specialty areas.

First Course Free is defined as one (1) contact hour. Contact hour measurements vary by industry profession, as determined by the governing regulatory body. Your first course free is the equivalent of a one (1) hour course defined according to the industry profession course measurement.

If you find that a purchased course does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase, so long as the final exam has not been attempted and/or the certificate of completion has not been claimed or downloaded. Prior to attempting the final exam and/or claiming the certificate, your full purchase price will be refunded, or the course can be exchanged for another course. After the final exam has been attempted or certificate claimed, we are unable to issue a refund or course exchange due to the initiation of the accreditation process.
