New Hampshire Dept. of Safety, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services Requirements

For all levels of Nationally Registered EMS Providers, NH EMS provider licensure is valid for up to two (2) years. NH licensure for Nationally Registered EMT, AEMT or Paramedic expires on April 30th. Licensure for NR EMR expires on October 31st. RSA 153-A:11, I, II
 
New Hampshire requires licensees to meet NREMT National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requirements. Saf-C 5901.54, Saf-C 5901.55, Saf-C 5901.56. National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) to maintain NREMT certification and New Hampshire state licenses. 
 
Requirements for Paramedics:
60 hours of continuing education every two years. Saf-C 5913.04
 
Requirements for AEMT: 
50 hours of continuing education every two years. Saf-C 5913.03
 
Requirements for EMT-Basics:
40 hours of continuing education every two years. Saf-C 5913.02
 
Requirements for EMR:
16 hours of continuing education every two years. Saf-C 5913.01
