Summary:

The goal of this presentation is to discuss barriers to changing the workflow of physician/provider and healthcare office staff and strategies for implementing a new workflow process. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to describe available options for implementing an electronic prior authorization solution in a provider setting, discuss professional roles in the PA process, explain reasons for barriers to adopting new workplace procedures, identify training procedures to ensure easy adoption of improved solutions, and create a customized implementation plan for a new technology solution.
