  8. Identify procedures that are efficient and integrate them into the routine.
  9. Apply procedural changes to decrease production time.
  10. Relate a situation that produced a saving of time and energy.
  11. Use a procedure to decrease cost and increase quality of a product.
  12. Examine a unit layout and identify possible improvements.
  13. Compare two methods to determine the one that is the most efficient.
  14. Develop a new innovative system to increase output.
  15. Evaluate the alternative of proposed systems of preparation and service.

This is a course that makes us think about the correct placement of food and food service items so that we are not wasting our time or energy going to find something.
