Essential for administrators and supervisors — and employees.
Relias continues to support managers in this course focused on hands-on management! This module tackles the hardest part of the job: employees. How to hire the right one(s), how to train them, how to keep them, what the law says about the choices you make in dealing with them. Learn the vital parts of being an effective manager in a logical, readable, practical package of principles, practices, strategies, and tactics. Each chapter has realistic scenarios and exercises to help you practice how to act, not react, in specific situations.
