The goal of this continuing education module is to provide occupational therapists in all settings with practical information and useful tools for initiating conversations about the future and teaching clients to plan for changes in function.   • Explain best-practice information about health and aging, choices in treatment, burdens and benefits of end-of-life concerns, and the differences between hospice and palliative care
