Be better able to help your geriatric population. Today’s physical therapist focuses on facilitating clients’ participation and independence throughout various phases of life. These modules will help PTs further understand sarcopenia in addition to treatment and prevention strategies. PTs will also review WBV (whole-body vibration), it's basic types, and effectiveness of WBV treatment. In addition, this series will also learn how to effectively work with nurses, OTs, and speech-language pathologists to provide effective care to their geriatric patients.
