Being able to respond calmly and rationally, and to focus on problem solving rather than negativity are characteristics of skillful communication. This course provides an overview on how to manage workplace communication challenges.

The course seemed very basic, without a lot of depth and the examples and vignette were too focused on medical scenarios. I would have liked more examples from the social services and other workplace scenarios.
